AM Kitchen & Bath, LLC

AM Kitchen & Bath is a residential design-build remodeler in Yorkville that turns outdated kitchens and bathrooms into new living spaces. It also takes on basements, room additions, windows and doors, and its projects range from cosmetic updates to full additions. The company has experienced tradesmen and an office staff, and it opened a showroom in 2017 where clients gather ideas. After the first meetings the team builds an itemized list of what the space needs, with allowances to keep the budget in check, and clients choose cabinets, fixtures, colors and tile. Materials come from its preferred vendors or from vendors you pick, and the team takes you shopping in its showroom. Financing is available. Rated 4.9 from 62 Google reviews, 59 of them five stars.
