About Kingswood Custom Builders
Kingswood Custom Builders is a custom home builder that Steve Williams founded in 1997. Besides custom homes, it offers custom design room additions, home remodeling, finished basements, and custom cabinets and built-ins made by its own carpenters, who personally handle footings, drain tile, framing, exterior finishes, doors and wood flooring and trim. The owner's engineering background shapes how it approaches design and building. It serves the greater Peoria area, including Peoria, East Peoria, Washington, Dunlap, Pekin and Morton. Rated 4.7 from 3 Google reviews, 2 of them five stars.
