About Bofran Builders

Bofran Builders is a Chicago general contractor that has been building since 1999, with its own framing crew. Kitchen remodeling covers layout changes, cabinetry and finishes, alongside home additions, custom homes, basement finishing and full bathroom remodels with tile and plumbing. Design is priced against a real budget from the start, and the company handles drawings and permits. It works across the city and the North Shore and nearby suburbs. Licensed as TGC136082 and insured, it quotes fixed, itemized prices, offers free estimates and closes each job with a signed 5-year structural warranty.
