Prestigious Home Builders and Remodelers, Inc.

Prestigious Home Builders and Remodelers is a luxury home builder and remodeler in Barrington serving the northwest suburbs and North Shore. It works design-build: meetings on scope and budget, photos and measurements, preliminary plans with an architect and designer, then a fixed-price agreement that lays out the warranty and payment schedule. Permits are pulled and materials chosen before work starts, and the owner reviews the project with the client. A homeowner review describes renovations and additions done over several years. Rated 3.0 from 2 Google reviews, one five star and one one star.
